Welcome to the GLBTQ Resource Center of Kutztown University’s website, herein referred to as “website.” This is an agreement between the user and the KU GLBTQ Resource Center website. By accessing the GLBTQ Resource Center’s website, you, the user, agree to these terms of use (“Terms of Use”).

While not everyone at the Kutztown University GLBTQ Resource Center, herein referred to as KU GLBTQ Resource Center, identifies by, or as, one of the many LGBTQ+ terms or identifiers, the KU GLBTQ Resource Center, does not, and will not out (“Out” or “Outing” - the act of identifying and announcing a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity) individuals on its website, and in using the website, you agree to not out any person or individual on the website. All pictures posted on the website are the property of the KU GLBTQ Resource Center and the persons contained therein, and they are not to be taken or used for other means, including but not limited to hateful and derogatory messages, comments, or posts on this or any site. The GLBTQ Resource Center logo and any other Kutztown University LGBTQ group logos such as, but not limited to, the Allies logo and the Lambda Delta Xi Diaternity logo, which are not to be taken or used from this site for hateful speech or messages. Any third-party logos such as, but not limited to, the Safe Space logo are not to be used or taken from this site for hateful speech or messages.

Any content on this page is meant as a resource to benefit, help, and assist Kutztown University’s LGBT and Ally (an “Ally” is any advocate, straight or otherwise, for LGBTQ rights) students. You are not to use, or contact, the resources contained herein with hate speech or hateful messages.

Violation(s)
Any violation of these terms of use may result in, but not limited to, loss of access to the site and removal of comments. Any hateful comments, emails, or SPAM to the email addresses listed on this website are a violation of the terms of use, and will be reported as harassment, and further consequences may pursued.
